Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PedMD ("we", "us") covering your use of this website and the AI services on it. By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. You must be 18 or older
This service is for adults only. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. We will close any account we believe belongs to someone under that age.
2. What this service is
An AI-powered information service covering training, physical health, and performance-enhancing substances, offered on a harm-reduction basis.
It is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and using it creates no doctor–patient relationship. See our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- use the service if you are under 18;
- use it to obtain, supply, or distribute controlled substances;
- use it to evade drug testing in any sport or workplace;
- use it to plan harm to yourself or anyone else;
- rely on it in place of professional medical care;
- attempt to manipulate the AI into behaving outside its intended purpose;
- resell, scrape, or redistribute its output as your own service;
- break any law that applies to you.
You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password secure.
4. Accounts and membership
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice.
5. Your content and your profile
You keep ownership of everything you write, including anything recorded in your health profile. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — storing it, processing it, and passing it to the AI provider to generate your responses.
Do not enter information about other people without their permission.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI providers we depend on may change their models or their terms, which may change how the service behaves.
7. Ending your access
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we believe belongs to a minor, or where continuing would expose us to legal risk.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss, injury, illness, or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the version number above changes and you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the service.
